The owner of the online store diaredancewear.com is Diare Dancewear OÜ (registration code 16664943), Harju County, Viimsi Parish, Pärnamäe Village, 74020.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional charge for the delivery of the goods. All prices for goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.


Placing an Order

Product Selection
Browse the products offered in our online store and add the desired items to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Shopping Cart Overview
Check the list of products in your shopping cart, including quantities and total amount. If necessary, you can remove items or adjust quantities.

Confirming the Shopping Cart
Once your shopping cart is ready, click "Proceed to Checkout" to move on to filling in the order details.

Entering Details
Fill in the required contact details, including name, address, phone number, and email address. Ensure that all information is correct.

Choosing a Delivery Method
Select the preferred delivery method (e.g., courier, parcel machine) and provide any additional required delivery information.

Choosing a Payment Method
Select the preferred payment method. We support several secure payment methods, including card payments and bank transfers.

Order Confirmation and Payment
Confirm your order and make the payment according to the selected payment method. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, an order confirmation with order details will be sent to your email.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the product, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. Such products and services must be listed separately and must comply with the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return policy, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to our email address diaredancewear@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match the ordered one (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer immediately but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, all payments received under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for the non-compliance of goods sold to the buyer with the contract terms or for defects that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that appear within two years from the transfer of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. Refuting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.

The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store in case of a defect within two months by sending an email to diaredancewear@gmail.com or calling +372 53645170.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that allows for reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods. The Online Store forwards personal data to the transport service provider to deliver the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive such messages by entering their email address on the website and agreeing to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent via email to diaredancewear@gmail.com or by calling +372 53645170.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Shipping
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden.

The buyer has the following delivery options:

*Pickup in person.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed next to the chosen delivery method.


Domestic shipments generally arrive at the buyer's designated location within 2-3 working days. International delivery takes 3-14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
